You have always been so responsive to any questions or needs we had for you. In spite of the extra amount of work involved, you managed to keep my mom and all residents free from contracting the COVID virus. In this time of enormous upheaval, you kept a calm, serene atmosphere for residents and their families.
I can’t name you all here, but please know that I appreciated everyone working to keep my mom safe and comfortable, from the kitchen to the cleaners, to all the aides, nurses and Pam.

"Bianca delivers our breakfast boxes on a regular basis. She is a breath of fresh air in this time of COVID-19. She is always smiling (through her mask), eyes bright and shining. Always a pleasant voice and upbeat attitude. Joan and I look forward to seeing Bianca and her wonderful, cheerful attitude. ALWAYS.
Bianca works in the [assisted] living area but has helped in the delivering of breakfast boxes during the pandemic. The people in [assisted] living are very fortunate to have Bianca in their area.
