It's National Physical Therapy Month! National PT month is an annual opportunity to raise awareness about the benefits of physical therapy.

Myth: Don't let your knees pass your toes
It's ok, really. With sufficient strength, it's completely harmless. It's actually the best way to get your quadriceps stronger with squatting and lunging.
