Linda M. D’Amico has owned and operated Linda D’Amico’s Academy of Dance since 1976. Her motto is “Share Your Love of Dance” and has been doing so for last 54 years through studying, performing, choreographing and teaching. Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, she studied at Charlotte Teller School of Dance, the Cleveland Institute of Music and Arthur Murray Dance Studios. Her love of dance brought her to New York to study at Ballet Arts and June Taylor Dance Studio, and vocally trained with Robert Lewis of New York City. She is Vice President of the New York Chapter of National Association of Dance Affiliated Artists. She was a music teacher for Holy Spirit School and is now in the Music Ministry for Holy Spirit Church. She tries to inspire each of her students to rise to their potential through their love of dance and believes that each one of her staff members also believes in the same philosophy.
