Dale Lindholm Is No Stranger To The Meaning Of Hard Work.
With Dale Lindholm Builders, Inc. the customer comes first. Dale schedules regular meetings with the clients on the job to ensure that the clients' wishes and wants are being taken care of. Clients are encouraged to contact Dale personally and do job site walk throughs where they can convey personal likes and dislikes. Dale's goal is to build a dream home for his customers. He usually stays in touch with the owners for years afterward.
Our building philosophies include direct communications with the client and personal commitment to the quality and value that they receive. We make sure that our customers are always presented all options and advantages or disadvantages about all aspects of the home or the building project.
Dale Lindholm views changes on a custom home as an often, sometimes necessary occurrence that is part of the individualized custom home process.
Dale Lindholm is no stranger to the meaning of hard work. After growing up on a farm outside of Fort Collins, Dale worked as a framing and trim contractor while attending Colorado State University in the Industrial Construction Management Program.
He has always been intimately involved in the process of home construction from start to finish. He has built hundreds of homes and trained dozens of carpenters. In 1986 Dale assumed a role of a general contractor for individualized custom homes. He has built three-four houses per year since then.
Dale Lindholm Builders, Inc. works with several architects in the area. Dale has an in-house interior designer/decorator Danette Brouillette, to help his customers with the design process of their new home.
Dale and Danette Brouillete work with the clients to insure that their ideas and wants get conveyed into the finished home through color, texture, style and design. Most of Dale's homes have a variety of woods, tile, masonry, roofs, etc.
