We need your help! Flu season is just around the corner and we are dangerously low on Lysol aerosol disinfectant spray. With the state shortage we are limited to what we can order from our medical supply company and stores are enforcing the 1-per-customer-limit. If you have extra in stock at home, we will gladly trade you a MFM/ARK mask in exchange for a can. It doesn't have to be the Lysol brand. Your donation will also enter you into a drawing that will take place on 10/21 (Doc's birthday) for a MFM/ARK tumbler (both logos on a large stainless steel RTIC timber/lid) & a monogrammed sweatshirt. This will be videoed live at noon on that day. We appreciate your support! Please continue to pray that our country, economy, and loved ones recover from the effects of Covid-19.

We still have plenty of rapid COVID tests. Same day appointments are available right now. We test everyday from 8:30-12 in a separate location of our building with a separate entrance. If you have been closely exposed or have symptoms, you will qualify to be tested. No need to wait 48 hours with send off tests....we will let you know in 15 minutes.

If you are needing a negative Covid test for travel clearance, you can walk-in the front between 8:00-4:45. The results take about 15 minutes. Please verify with your airline if you need a PCR test or if they accept molecular results!

Children can be seen on the MFM side too as long as their PCP is already assigned to Dr. Mitchell for Medicaid/AR Kids. No vaccines or well child visits on Saturdays. Have a great weekend everyone!

If your employer or school is requiring a negative Covid test to return after your mandated quarantine, please share the latest CDC guidelines on retesting. Unfortunately, you can still test positive for several weeks after your symptoms start. Keep in mind that we are following the guidelines set forth by the state and the CDC. We know how frustrating it is with the Covid world constantly changing as researchers learn more about this strange virus.
Just a friendly reminder that you NEED an APPOINTMENT for a rapid Covid test. We have certain time frames each day for testing so that our Covid crew can remain in their PPE and primarily focus on possible Covid patients. If you have been exposed or are experiencing Covid symptoms please call 870-551-2595 and speak to Emily who handles our Covid scheduling. We are trying our best to avoid exposing our staff and most importantly, our immune compromised patients and our newborn babies, by preventing possible positive patients walking in the front door of the clinic and sitting in the waiting room. Please remain in your vehicle and call the Covid line between 8:00-4:00 to schedule your appointment.
For those who just need a negative test for a procedure, surgery, or to travel, you don't need an appointment. You can walk in for that. Please have the order from the surgeon in hand or your airline confirmation.
We are happy to offer rapid testing to the community and are trying to do so the safest way possible.

We are so excited to announce that we have partnered with United Allergy Services and now offer on-site allergy skin testing for 56 allergens specific to our region, treatment through immunotherapy, and food allergy testing. This is HUGE for our community!
