Dr. Lindsay Wells is a Clinical Instructor in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at UCLA. She grew up in Terre Haute, Indiana, completed her undergraduate training at Washington University in St. Louis, and received her medical degree from Indiana University. She completed a combined residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at UCLA and joined the UCLA clinical faculty in 2012. Her own personal experiences, volunteer work, and global health work in Malawi and Kenya influenced her decision to enter primary care. Her primary focus includes patient empowerment, health literacy, and health care of the underserved. In her free time, she enjoys swimming and playing with her dog.
