LHA Associates Diana Nesko and Lindsay Enright are excited to announce an 8-week Women's Empowerment group beginning February 28th. The group will meet virtually every Sunday from 530pm-630pm.
This interactive group will explore different areas of achieving empowerment. Through psychoeducation and facilitative peer to peer resilience building, group sessions will include sharing and hearing glimpses of each other's perspectives on managing family, building a career, and societal/gender roles, while upholding a strong sense of self.
This is open to anyone who identifies as a woman, is between 25 and 55 years of age, and resides in either Virginia or Maryland. Registration for the full eight weeks costs $250.00.
