I am thankful to live in the BEAUTIFUL Washington state. And all of our 4 seasons (even if most are gloomy).
I am thankful for my Lisa Bender Team and our successful year.
I am thankful for my family, especially my husband. He has had an incredibly tough year and I admire and love him so much.

Obviously we cannot do open houses "in person" but if your home is on the market, these are great tips. Even if your house is vacant, you should be sure that the house is toasty warm. A cold house does not smell good, (it tends to smell damp), and buyers will be very quick to tour the home when it's cold. Yes, it is going to cost a little bit more to heat a vacant home up to 68 degrees, but trust me, it is worth it.
We typically see a slow down in the winter real estate market - but not this year! 🔥

Second, take a cute picture for social media.
Finally (and this is the most important step), go to Simply Sweet Cupcakes here in Snohomish and buy as many of their cookies as you can. Give them to friends and family, and they'll think you baked them! Win-win. Merry Christmas everyone 😉
