This week wraps up our three-week series of donation drives, where we partnered with the Boys and Girls Club of Phoenix-Talent, Kids Unlimited, and ACCESS.
Today we were thrilled to deliver a truckload of food to ACCESS! Our combined donations filled up three warehouse storage bins, and our employees Scott and Ben worked hard loading and unloading the items.
ACCESS has been busier than ever with the additional requests for assistance since the Almeda and Obenchain fires. Between the economic hardships via Covid and the fires’ aftermath, they are extremely busy—fielding more than 200 calls a day seeking some form of assistance with living expenses and food insecurity.
