In regards to the WHO's recent "recommendation", Littleton Dental Studio and Dr Cale Beasley stand proudly and safely serving patients with the support of the ADA, American Dental Association:

Shutting down dental offices last year as non-essential isn't a move that's going to have aged well.
I digress... the take home point being that the more traditionally unhealthy you are (obesity, and now gum disease, et al) the greater at-risk you become for dying from COVID.
Ironically, gum disease patients happen to be one of the most non-compliant patient types in our office with their cleanings.
