The owner of this 1954 Fordor inherited the car from his grandmother in the 1980's. She bought the car new in 1954. It's a low mileage and solid car. A lot of the original parts off of the car were still in pristine usable condition. Some parts, like the radio, looked as though they were new old stock items when we removed them despite being 66 years old. As We All Know, Not All Great Things Last Forever. As Of Friday, November 27th 2020, The 1966 Silver Corvette Has Departed From Lo-Man Rod's. This '66 Corvette was sent in to Lo Man's after the vehicle was rear-ended in an unfortunate accident. Much of the rear portion of the vehicle was damaged. Another very sad part about the incident is that this was one of the few remaining Corvettes if its kind to still have the factory paint job from nearly 54 years ago. None the less, Lo-Man Rod's took in the Corvette and whipped it back into shape. We gave it a fresh new paint job as well, trying to match it as closely to the original color as possible. Above is a Feature Video of the Silver Corvette giving a brief overview of the vehicle. Also a disclaimer, this vehicle was not fully put back together when the video was produced.
