"Years ago, when I first came to Lockport, a wonderful woman who needed a fair amount of treatment to avoid a denture came to my office. She had no insurance, was highly anxious and at wits’ end about her predicament. She was absolutely convinced she had no options. I knew I had the ability and resources to design a treatment plan that would allow her to keep her teeth and at a cost she could handle. After her treatment was completed, she gave me a rectangular glass paperweight with the above quote etched on it. It has become a reminder to me and my staff of the obligation that we owe to those that choose my practice for their dental care. This patient passed away a few years ago, but that block of crystal sits on the counter in my reception room and will stay there until the day I retire." -Dr. Healy

While I initially get many compliments on the beautiful space we work in, the ongoing praise is always reserved for my most valuable asset — my fantastic staff. They all live locally and are or have been involved in Lockport’s school, churches or organizations. Almost every new patient finds they have something in common with one or more of the ladies who work with me. These women have personalities that are genuinely warm and welcoming. It’s a pleasure to come to the office each day. You will find them competent, honest and discreet. Expect to be able to count on them as much as I do.
