Long Island Birds & Exotics Veterinary Clinic is a state of the art veterinary hospital dedicated entirely to the care of bird and exotic pet species.
We offer house calls and 24-hour emergency service and our staff provides overnight and weekend care for hospitalized pets. Our mission is to maintain the highest level of care by continually searching for the latest medical advancements through our participation in continuing education. Our veterinarians are well published and continue to publish scientific articles on a variety of topics in avian and exotic animal medicine and lecture at international veterinary meetings, as well as other regional avian, exotics and wildlife related events.
We specialize in advanced surgical procedures, endoscopy and minimally invasive surgery, complicated anesthesia and advanced imaging. In addition to our high end special care, we also offer referrals and second opinions, behavioral consultations, routine annual exams and grooming.
