Thought this would be a pretty straightforward instrument retrieval, I thought wrong ! Gp separated the instrument. Tried to trough around the head of the file to remove with the #endocowboy but the coronal aspect of the file snapped off to the middle 1/3 of the root. I was able to lasso it but it broke again in the apical 1/3. I was able to bypass and gentlewave. Hopefully it works out !

1 year recall. Was a complete furcation blowout. Lingual sinus tract. Treated over two visits with caoh. 6 month recall.
