Women of all ages from Austin, Texas, and the surrounding areas have access to compassionate and comprehensive women’s health and gynecological services at Lotus Gynecology Health and Wellness. Patients can visit the practice for a wide variety of women’s health services, including treatments for menopause, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, fibroids, abnormal bleeding, and abnormal pap smears. Dr. Saima Jehangir also provides birth control advice, minimally invasive surgeries, and cosmetic treatments including Botox® and Juvederm®.
The practice is led by Dr. Jehangir who is dedicated to providing holistic care and protecting and maintaining the health and wellbeing of her patients' body, mind, and emotions. After earning a bachelor’s degree in zoology and a master’s degree in public health, Dr. Jehangir completed her medical degree at the University of Texas at San Antonio. She went on to complete residencies in obstetrics and gynecology at University Hospital in San Antonio and Sinai Hospital. She’s a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists. Dr. Jehangir combines Eastern and Western practices to provide truly customized treatment plans to her patients.
