We are thankful for Kevin W., Associate Principal, Tax who demonstrates our value of Integrity. Kevin exemplifies our value of “integrity” every day. He is loyal to his word and always keeps promises made to his team and clients, even when it is hard. He always provides a thorough explanation to his clients and wants them to have all the necessary information so they are able to make the best decision for themselves and their businesses.

Wishing you a happy, safe, and healthy Thanksgiving.
We are thankful for Rachel J., Manager, Audit, who demonstrates our value of Proactivity. Rachel has been very proactive in these challenging times by checking in with other people in the department to make sure they are comfortable and everything is going smoothly. She has also been proactive with planning for busy season by meeting with the team and brainstorming ways to be more efficient and reduce time spent on jobs.
We are thankful for Scott B., Manager, Tax, who demonstrates our value of Motivation. Scott has not only shown an interest in starting a new industry niche for the firm, but has also joined an industry board, attends CPEs on the topic, has been reaching out to people in the industries, and has created a business plan for how he thinks the firm can grow this as a niche business area. It’s one thing to have a good idea, but it is wonderful to see Scott’s motivation in turning his ideas into action.
We are thankful for Megan M., Supervising Senior, Audit, who demonstrates our value of Teamwork. Megan is constantly asking how she can help the team and always happy to assist with any task given to her. It is so appreciated when she offers to help to make someone else’s workload a little bit lighter.
We are thankful for Leanna K., Senior I, Audit, who demonstrates our value of Ownership. Leanna was in the middle of an audit when there was a staffing change to the engagement team. Leanna made the transition to running the job seamlessly and worked with the client to get the job completed timely. She stepped in without being specifically asked and took full ownership for the completion of the engagement.
We are thankful for Melinda B., Administrative Assistant, who demonstrates our value of Adaptability. While keeping up with all of the work she normally does, she is also always friendly and supportive, and has also been willing to work in the office the majority of the week to keep the administrative activities of the firm going. She is always ready to take responsibility for any issues or “fire drills” that arise, and does so with a smile.
Another delicious event in the books for audit partner Lindsay! This time, she learned how to make dumplings (virtually) with Women in Manufacturing Western Pennsylvania.
Lindsay Andrews recently spent a very yummy evening at a virtual champagne and chocolate tasting hosted by BNY Mellon Wealth Management. Thanks for creating such a great event!
Happy Holidays! Wishing you a safe and healthy holiday season!

Those days included Mug Monday, Twinkling Tuesday, Wacky Wednesday, Throwback Thursday, and Flannel Friday. Over the course of the week, we raised a considerable amount of money for our community. The team donated to North Hills Community Outreach, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Clear Thoughts Foundation, Strong Women Strong Girls Pittsburgh, and Animal Friends.
