Named for end-of-life care visionary Jean Lovejoy, Lovejoy Hospice was founded in 1981 and serves the counties of: Josephine, Jackson, and Douglas, Oregon. Our goal is to provide care and support for individuals and families facing life-limiting conditions. We focus on comfort and relief of symptoms, emphasizing the quality rather than the duration of life. We treat the person, not the disease, making the best of each unique person’s remaining time.
Lovejoy Hospice is a non-profit organization that serves patients through a combination of professional and volunteer caregivers. No one is refused service because of lack of financial resources. Donations of time and money help us to ensure that everyone faced with a life-limiting condition can receive our support services.
Medicare Certified and Oregon Hospice Association Accredited.
