Our Intention is to mindfully create community by offering an abundance of quality yoga practices, inspirational learning experiences and opportunities for you to consciously connect yourself and the community Daily classes focus on asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork) and the overall health of body, mind and spirit. Whether you are brand new to yoga or a seasoned yogi we will support you from your very first downward facing dog to the depths of your spirit unfolding. Our family of instructors have come from diverse yoga lineages to provide a wide variety of students the guidance and the opportunity to grow. Our purpose is for all students to arrive and feel like they are coming home into a space where they are supported, safe and loved, welcomed and not judged.
