Comments: I don t usually leave reviews. However I m a good neighbor and don t want them to get ripped off. First people I called quoted 2700 and told me they would need to order the part. I called lovely home solutions and they thanked me for my service, quoted me half that, and then went out of their way to pick the part up in person instead of having it shipped, so that me and the family wouldn t have to wait any longer.

Comments: Front office staff was terrific. Friendly and went out of their way to get an earlier appt date for me when another appt cancelled. Mr. Lovely, the proprietor himself, came to the house for the service call. He was on time, friendly with the kids and dogs, quick to zero in on and fix the issue, and great value for the money.
