We are open and service is available 24/7 as always to take care of all your Refrigeration, Ice machine, and Ice Cream Equipment needs. We are taking every precaution to protect our employees and customers by having them wash their hands with soap and water on a regular basis, using hand sanitizer, sanitizing our offices each day, and asking employees to stay home if they show any sign of sickness. Electro Freeze parts can still be ordered by phone and shipped to your location. If you are planning to come to our office to pick up parts, we would ask that you call ahead and we will have the parts in a pick-up container outside the door, as we are encouraging social distancing and our offices are closed to the public at this time.
