Saturday Cycle Training is BACK starting November 7th! Join Maggie and Tina on Saturday mornings at 9am for an hour of spinning. All Spinning classes are held in the 2nd floor Group Exercise Studio. Bikes are spaced out and extra cleaning procedures are set in place.
