Today is Thankful Thursday!!
This past weekend we had our annual Refuge Services Horse Show and everyone did phenomenal. We are thankful to all the clients for participating. We are so thankful for all the handlers and staff that made this happen! The volunteers that came out did a great job at keeping things going and clean!
We want to say a special thank you to Lubbock National Bank for providing food for everyone that attended, staff, and volunteers!

During the shutdown in the spring, Frenship ISD was the recipient of $5,000 of support from Lubbock National Bank to help in our efforts to serve our community, particularly through our food programs. These great community partners donated $200,000 to organizations across the Lubbock community serving those in immediate need.
During our school board meeting last night, we had the opportunity to thank Lubbock National Bank for their amazing support during a very difficult time!

Part of our team since becoming a part-time teller back in 2016, our new lending assistant grew up in Malaysia. We don’t currently have any branches there, so we are glad she came to Lubbock Christian University. Ivana speculates that, with a little more flexibility, she “would probably be a world champion in gymnastics.” She loves how her bank feels like a big family and cares for employees—even the not-very-flexible ones.

The first thing you need to know about Jeff is that he once ran away from home when his mom asked him to pull weeds. He may hate yard work, but he loves his job. This new Assistant Vice President in Lubbock actually grew up in Odessa, where he graduated from Permian High School and UT Permian Basin. We ask him to do a lot of stuff in our Indirect Lending division, but we’ll never ask him to pull weeds.
Once again, one of Lubbock's proudest Red Raiders is proving that from here, anything really is possible. Congrats to Patrick Mahomes on leading the Chiefs to yet another Super Bowl! #RaiderPower
