Luca Bella can best be described as an eclectic restaurant with fine food and catering. Our energetic vibe attracts late night weekenders, daytime family diners, romantic couples on ‘date night’ and we stay open late to accommodate!
Although Luca Bella just opened its doors for the first time on August 1, 2013, the history dates back to the disco era when founder Lewis Pasquin first began his restaurant career in the late 70’s and early 80’s. At the time, Lewis was living in NYC and built up his reputation at many fine establishments throughout the Big Apple. After a decade of success, one day Lewis drove by a pizzeria called “Three Boys From Italy” in White Plains, NY. The location was perfectly situated; however upon closer observation Pasquin noted how quiet and inactive the restaurant was. Lewis brought in his culinary expertise to recreate a very unique dining experience.
Luca Bella's goal is to bring fresh energy and enthusiasm to the outdated pizzeria through the art of tasteful authentically Italian décor, fresh ingredients, original Italian dishes and excellent service.
