Business Owner
Al brings over 40 years of culinary and hospitality experience to Luigi di Roma. He comes from a large Italian family where he was always surrounded by cooking and the love of food as he and his siblings gathered for supper. Al started working for his family's restaurants at a young age and continues to operate his own restaurant with the same love and passion which got him started in the first place.
