Flash back to January 2020. I wish I had before pics of this one. It looked like your standard 2 1/4 prefinished floor. All boards looked the same. When we sanded it and found this the homeowner decided to go natural to show off the cool variations. We had to get creative with some repairs. We cut flooring out where cabinets where gonna go and used those boards to fill a void where a wall was removed. We suspect this floor is Spotted Gum. But we are not entirely sure!!
Austin, Avery and Deric worked hard on this incredible transformation in Kirkwood. They swapped out that aged golden oak look with Duraseal Medium Brown. Coated with Bona Traffic HD. This one turned out amazing.

Steve, Dann, MattR, and Sam all were part of this neat little repair/sanding job in Clayton. We installed new wood in the kitchen and used some old reclaimed oak to make some repairs in the bedroom. The border has walnut, maple and red oak in it. All it needed was a good trowel fill and once sanded it came out nearly perfect! We stained it with Duraseal Dark walnut and coated with Bona Mega One!
