These Clopay steel-backed garage doors are highly insulated and you can custom order them with these amazing wrought iron windows for style and to let in light to your garage!

We installed these beautiful custom carriage house garage doors for Ron and Shelly. These doors were custom-made out of red cedar wood with a 3 in thickness. After the doors were manufactured, we had them stained and sealed to the shade that they chose. We paired the door with @LiftMaster Jackshaft side-mounted opener with battery backup and automatic lock. We also made high-lift tracks so the doors will open up close to the ceiling and leave a high clearance from the floor to the garage doors when they are open. So functional and beautiful! What a great project!

Our customer, Brian, needed an extra room in their house. So they decided to frame a wall in the garage. The wall would be 5 feet from the garage door, which meant that a standard overhead garage door wouldn't work. They called around and we were the first company that said, yes we can! We took a new garage door, braced it, and framed it to operate as a tilt up garage door. Now they have an extra room AND a usable garage!

Yikes - someone used the wrong lubrication! When you use a poor quality lubrication or use the wrong type (too thin and watery), and then open the door too fast - THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS! Do it right the first time - we can help!

We don't see a 2 spring system break on both sides very often! Most likely one spring broke and the door was operating on just the one working spring, which then broke. Most 2 car garage doors require 2 springs to function properly and safely! Even if 1 breaks, the 2nd is NOT a backup! Call a tech to help replace and make your door safe!

It's always a fun challenge to match a new garage door with the existing entry/front door. We went with a light oak garage door with a clean, contemporary design to match the exterior vibe. The glass is white laminate glass, which provides a great modern look, while also providing privacy and durability for the homeowner.
