U.S. Army Garrison-Detroit Arsenal September 16 at 11:01 AM · Detroit Arsenal Teammates, Carrie Mead has officially been selected as Garrison Manager for the US Army Garrison Detroit Arsenal. Ms. Mead has served as Acting Garrison Manager since December 2019 before accepting the position permanently September 13, 2020. With more than 20 years of experience serving at military installations around the world, she is currently responsible for all installation management services and base operations at the arsenal. Ms. Mead looks forward to continuing the great working relationships with all our partner organizations. With everyone's support and teamwork the Detroit Arsenal will continue to meet new challenges as they arise.

Contemporary Leadership Series The Macomb County Chamber of Commerce in partnership with Wayne State University's Executive & Professional Development department are offering a three-part educational series on contemporary issues in leadership. This learning experience will include three sessions addressing the following topics: Reconstructed Work Place Implicit Bias Racial Equality Sessions will be held virtually from 12 p.m. -1 p.m. on the following dates: November 4, 11 and 18.
