May Tip for Wood Garage Door owners: This is an excellent time to inspect your garage door, check for areas of water interaction from the winter, and address them. Early fixes stop bigger problems:
- Inspect the surface of your wood door - check for cracks, water softening the wood, and if so, patch and correct
- Remember to paint when needed, especially if you have darker colors and face a lot of sun
- Stain grade doors - this immediately makes them look new when you sand and re-stain - talk about a fast upgrade to your home exterior each time!
