How we are reopening!
We will be following the CDC’s recommended guidelines to keep ourselves and our clients safe. We have implemented new policies and procedures that can be available for clients upon request. These include: MSS Medical Office Cleaning and Disinfecting Plan, MSS Patient Health and Safety Plan, and MSS Staff Health and Safety Plan.
We encourage our customers to wear masks or facial coverings, wash/sanitize your hands before coming to the office, and — most importantly — stay at home if you are feeling sick.
To ensure clients maintain a safe distance from each other, we will be staggering appointment times, and will be not allowing customers to wait around in the waiting area. We also ask that you do not bring any guests with you into the office for your appointment, including children. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Upon your arrival to the office, we will take your temperature before taking you back to the treatment room. There will be hand sanitizer available and masks upon request.
We are carefully monitoring the situation. The most important thing is to make sure we conduct business in a safe environment for our clients and for ourselves.
