Midtown's oldest family run Irish Bar/Restaurant. Maggie's Place is set amongst the hustle and bustle of midtown Manhattan however still maintains the friendliness and warmth of a Mom and Pop business. Opened in 1974 by Teddy and Maggie Whelan, who emigrated from Dublin Ireland in 1958. In later years it was taken over by their sons Martin and Mark.
Their hospitality continued to grow, and Maggie's Place soon became the first of many bars and restaurants opened throughout New York City under what is now known as the Stout NYC group.
Maggie's offers and extensive lunch and dinner menu and 15 draft lines along with daily specials. We also host many corporate events and parties for all occasions with a package to suit any budget.

The place is awesome. Cozy atmosphere. But Maggie's Burger is sad. 3* looks like stored from yesterday... Not looking fresh.
