Mahsa Mehrazin, MD, MS, is neuromuscular specialist practicing at NewYork-Presbyterian Medical Group Brooklyn and affiliated with NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital. Her clinical interests include general and adult neurology, neuromuscular medicine, electromyography, and muscular disorders. Dr. Mehrazin is a member of the American Association of Neuormuscular and Electrodiagnostic Medicine, American Academy of Neurology, and American Medical Association. She has published her work in medical journals, including the Journal of the Neurological Sciences and Journal of Medical Genetics. Dr. Mehrazin earned a master's degree from the University of Houston in Texas and the University of British Columbia in Canada, and graduated from Ross University School of Medicine with high honors. She completed an internship at Jacobi Medical Center, and completed her neurology residency at SUNY Downstate Medical Center. She then went on to complete her fellowship training in neuromuscular medicine at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore. She is fluent in Farsi and English.
