Mahsa A. Sohrab, MD, is a board-certified oculofacial plastic surgeon, serving patients at two locations in White Plains, New York, and Greenwich, Connecticut. Education has always played a central role in Dr. Sohrab’s life. She completed her undergraduate studies in biological sciences at Columbia University. Her next step was a medical degree from the Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons, one of the nation’s top medical schools.
Dr. Sohrab further refined her skills through a residency in ophthalmology at Northwestern University and a fellowship in ophthalmic plastic, reconstructive, and orbital surgery at the Wilmer Eye Institute at Johns Hopkins University.
Sharing her knowledge and experience is also important to Dr. Sohrab, who served as Director of Oculoplastics and Orbital Surgery at Yale University. She remains on staff as an Assistant Clinical Professor at the Yale School of Medicine, while also building a thriving private practice.
