These have been very trying times for all of us as we struggle to get through this COVID-19 crisis. Please note that per the Governors Stay at home order we are considered an essential service.
We want you to know we take this seriously and we have a cleaning plan to get homes and businesses cleaned and disinfected while keeping your family and our employees safe.
First of all, we are making sure that our teams are trained on safe cleaning. Please see below the measures that we are taking to ensure that we can provide your family or business with a safe cleaning and disinfection of your home or business.
1. Not only will we notify you 1 day in advance of your cleaning time, but we will also call you 30 minutes prior to our arrival on the day of cleaning so you can make sure to get out of the home or get to a closed off space like the basement so we can keep our social distance.
2. We will be cleaning and disinfecting our equipment daily so you can feel secure knowing that we will not bring any germs/viruses into your home.
3. We will not have anyone come to your home who is experiencing any kind of illness.
4. We also would ask that if anyone in your home is experiencing a fever or cough to please give us a call to reschedule to a better time.
5. We are providing face masks for all of our team members so we can help prevent any spreading of this disease.
6. We will not only be cleaning and sanitizing your home, but we will also be disinfecting all hi-touch surfaces which include the following:
a. Microwaves, buttons and keypad
b. All kitchen appliances, buttons and knobs
c. All door knobs throughout the home
d. All faucets kitchen and bathroom
e. Toilet seats
f. Toilet flush handles.
