Congratulations to Mainscape’s NINE team members who are now Florida Certified Landscape Maintenance Technicians! Twice a week for eight weeks, they prepared for the eight field exams covering plant identification, pest management, fertilization, truck & trailer, irrigation, pruning, site evaluation, and turf management. Their dedication paid off with everyone passing each section of the exam. A big thank you to Bob Cook for teaching the class, and to Gary and Merry from FNGLA for organizing the field exams and finding certified judges to proctor the exams.

During the winter months, you will perform all aspects of snow and hard pack removal. Extended work hours during snow events are required.

In order to keep our team members as healthy as possible, we cancelled our yearly Christmas parties. Instead, our Executive team sent a Visa giftcard to each Mainscape team member. One person expressed how the year has been financially and emotionally difficult, and he didn't think he would be able to get his wife a Christmas present this year until he received this giftcard. Though this year has brought challenges for many individuals & businesses, it is beautiful to see that the spirit of generosity is still strong.
