#RIPRBG We mourn the loss of a great American, Jurist, and Role Model. Ruth Bader Ginsburg advocated like a tiger for her principles and still befriended those who disagreed with her. She served as an inspiration for all people, but surely for generations of women. I am personally grateful for the impact she had on my own daughter and so many others. As the Supreme Court’s longest-serving Jewish justice, her death on the eve of Rosh Hashanah, which began tonight, holds special significance because, according to Jewish tradition, she is a tzaddik, a person of great righteousness. Such a fitting tribute to an amazing woman.

We did it! I am so excited to tell you that I will be serving you on the NC Court of Appeals starting in January 2021.
Katye and I can’t thank you enough for all your support and prayers over this campaign. We made a team decision to run this race after lots of careful thought and prayer. God had a plan for us.
What a team effort. Katye and our campaign team are simply amazing. I don’t know if anyone else has successfully run a statewide race while the candidate was deployed for a significant amount of time, but our team did a tremendous job with your help.
I look forward to bringing the same qualities to the NC Court of Appeals that I have brought to the District Court bench. I am truly humbled to be able to serve you in this role.
Please join us in thanking all those who stepped up to run for office. It is a huge sacrifice for the candidates and their families.
