During the construction phase, it would be a rare day that the owner of Makris does not speak to the homeowner indicating progress, answering questions and making sure that the homeowner is prepared for the next step, whether it is in determining the location of an extra electrical receptacle or in choosing plumbing fixtures to make sure the process is not delayed.
