Although it may not look it today, spring is here and soon enough we'll have hot hot weather. Now is the time to start thinking about sealcoating your driveway, so we wanted to give you some info:
Left untreated asphalt pavement will deteriorate rapidly. The asphalt binder that holds the pavement together begins to oxidize and weather soon after installation. Moisture penetrates the asphalt causing further damage and deterioration of the pavement.
A quality sealcoat replenishes the binder that is lost through aging and oxidation, adding protection against environmental distress. Sealcoating also provides a fresh, beautiful surface that enhances your properties appearance and value.
We use airport grade sealer and apply it by hand to ensure that you receive the best results!

Meeting all of you paving, masonry, and lawn care needs.
Did you know that asphalt removal agents are professional grade? However, this does not mean that they only work in a professional setting. In fact, anyone can use asphalt releasing agents, from builders and contractors to corporate construction companies.
Much like glass, asphalt is something that can be recycled endlessly. As such, it can be considered a green building material because it contributes significantly to keeping human construction activities sustainable.
Do you know that the average asphalt surface depreciates only 40% in condition during the first 75% of its life? This means that with proper maintenance, asphalt paving can last a long time.
An asphalt release agent is a chemical compound designed to remove asphalt from surfaces like shovels, shoes and truck beds. Most asphalt removers are regulated to reduce problems with volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
One of the advantages of asphalt paving on roads and highways is that it significantly reduces noise from tires. Different blends are available that reduce noise-generating friction and deliver superior skid resistance.
Raveling asphalt, or aggregate asphalt that has been separated from its binder, will need to be removed with an asphalt removing reagent before it can be replaced.
