A new patient exam consists of a full mouth x-ray, followed by a diagnosis by the supervising dentist, and a cleaning that same day! If patient is recommended any treatment, the doctor will explain a clinical reasoning for it. After that, the recommended treatment will be printed out with applicable fees and then a scheduling coordinator will go over the financial part of the dental treatment with a patient: co-pays associated with each visit, how much dental insurance is expected to cover, how many appointments will it take and so forth. Every patient receives a printed version of his/her dental treatment plan as we always strive to educate patients about their dental treatment.
We accept most dental insurances: Delta Dental Premier, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, Guardian, MetLife and a few others. If you have a dental insurance and not sure if we accept it or not, please call us and we will gladly research it for you before your appointment.
