Well....for his 9th birthday he got a steak cake.....first layer is prime rib, second is ribeye, and topped off with filet mignon, all were slow smoked and reverse seared in cast iron. Mashed potato icing along with bacon roses! Yum! Timed and cooked perfectly medium rare! I love this dude!
