We are proud and grateful for our staff that have been administered the COVID-19 Vaccination. Our goal is to promote a safe and healthy MHK! We will keep our patients advised and up-to-date with vaccination information and availability.
While we do have a potential COVID 19 vaccination sign up list for established patients, this is the KDHE’s most recent timeline for vaccinations for the state, including priority grouping.
We are offering rapid COVID testing and COVID antibody testing at our facility! Same day results, please call to schedule. Testing is done by appointment only.
When you arrive, please park in the designated COVID testing parking then call the office (785-539-8700). We will come to you!
**Established patients only.
Thank you for being a part of the MMG family practice! We will be closed on Thursday and Friday to celebrate Thanksgiving.
Our lab ladies have worked tirelessly to renew our COLA certification, which is a professional peer review program focused on quality and excellence in laboratory operations. A lot of blood (🩸 😉), sweat, and tears went into obtaining certification, and we are so proud to have our lab accreditation for another two years. Thanks for your hard work, Sue, Taylor and Ruwandi. Your dedication helps us continue to provide quality care to all of our patients!
We are excited to be able to see new patients. Having the pleasure of serving the MHK community and its residents is our #1 priority. Call us any time to discuss availability!

We are always here to help! Please call if you are in need of establishing primary care.
We are excited to welcome Larry Pierce PA to our clinic here at Manhattan Medical Group Primary Care!
A short bio on Larry: Larry served in the United States Army for 21 years. 10 of those years he spent in family practice as a PA. Having decided to make the Manhattan area his permanent home he is looking forward to seeing new family practice patients. Call today for an appointment!
Dr. Ly wants to remind everyone... Don’t wait until it’s too late to discuss your advanced directives with your health care provider!
February is heart health month. This is a great time to review ways to monitor heart health!

The Riley County Health Department is proactively working to compile names and contact information for those who would like to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. The plan for distribution will be based upon a pre-determined phasing system created using guidance from the Kansas Department of Health and Environment.
If you are interested in receiving the coronavirus vaccine, please go to our website and sign up here: https://www.rileycountyks.gov/FormCenter/Encrypted-Forms-17/COVID19-Vaccination-Request-for-Riley-Co-212. Vaccines are not available to the general public right now.

“We are extremely grateful for the public’s eagerness to receive the coronavirus vaccine to help stop the spread and protect our community,” Local Health Officer Julie Gibbs said. “We understand the high interest in becoming immunized as quickly as possible throughout Riley County. The data collected in the online form will help us to easily communicate with the public when vaccines are available and advise people how to promptly receive them.”
The information you provide will be used to contact you with further instructions when vaccine doses are available for you. Distribution will take place in a phased approach depending on age, health condition, and occupation. A verification process will be in place to ensure participants are eligible for vaccination based on age or a high-risk medical condition listed on the form. Proof of residence in Riley County will also be required.
Riley County is currently in Phase 2 of the vaccine distribution plan. Vaccine availability is based on vaccine supply and when state distribution occurs.
