· Illinois Insurance Producer Licenses - Must have or obtain (will help you)

· Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. (Some leads are provided.)
· Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
As an agent team member, you will receive:
· Hourly pay plus uncapped commission/bonus – full time expect $28,800 - $45,000 (half time may be an option)
