This is the wording that defines an essential service (relating to our trade)
Services we can perform: completing the tile/lvp portion of your new construction / remodel project, floor repairs (broken/buckling tile), leaking shower floors, water-damaged showers that are growing mold, tiled balcony is leaking and causing wood damage, carpet to tile for your health or mobility, tub-to-shower to allow access due to limited mobility, etc.

Mann tile did a beautiful job with our bath remodel. This was the first time in my life I ever went with only one estimate, but I took the leap because I was so impressed with their patience with me and their great reviews. I was not disappointed! Everything from start to finish was expertly organized, everyone followed the plan, and everyone did an excellent job. Things were kept neat and clean throughout the project, minimal dust with the demo phase and very little disruption in our home. Workers were friendly, polite, and respectful. Every one of them. Justin placed our new tile, and he did an amazing, precise job!
