Our second live cooking demonstration on February 20th will be with Josh Biskup Josh is a master of many things in the kitchen that are technical in nature. From his passion of salting and curing meats to replicating intense desserts often found in high end restaurants - - Josh can do it all!
Rather than teach you how to cook some of his favorite dishes, Josh will be on site showing the audience how to make their meals at home better, with some killer sauces.

Our first demo cook spotlight is Todd Kurn
Todd is a backyard grilled who started his Big Green Egg journey in early 2012 after receiving a Large Egg for Christmas from his wife. Todd and his obsession with cooking on his Big Green Egg opened up a whole new way of cooking and thinking about his cooking. In his words, “I’ve cooked some things that I never imagined I would ever cook or even thought about cooking. Now I look for new meats to cook and new recipes to try. A Green Egg has that kind of impact on you.”

It is with great honor and pride that I announce the final numbers from the 2021 Chain of Lakes Eggfest. This year, thanks to many people from our local community and people all over the US we were able to raise just over $17,000!!!
In a year when many questioned my team and sponsors, we did it! We had more sponsors and more donations. Almost double!
I’m humbled and blessed to say the least.
Thank you all for helping us give back to two amazing LOCAL organizations.
Girls Incorporated of Winter Haven and Boys & Girls Clubs of Polk County
