Maintaining Your HVAC System. The weather in Central Texas is constantly changing. At times we seem to have all four seasons in just one day. When you head out for the day you might start out with a jacket and gloves, end up in flip flops and sunglasses and then rush back to grab your umbrella and mud boots. This type of changing weather patterns can wear on our HVAC systems. Keeping your system maintained is important to keep it running in tip top shape. One thing you can do to stay on top of it is, Change your AC filter. How often do you change your AC filter? Once a month? Every other month? During the winter months, the cold weather creates more dust and debris. With the fluctuating weather it's possible to see even more dust and debris. So, be sure to check your filters regularly and change them out as often as needed. You can also call Maples Mechanical and set up a maintenance agreement. Let us take care of it for you.
