• Over 95% of child safety seats in use were not properly installed or properly used, per a study done by The Journal of Pediatrics with a total of 291 families.
• Vehicle accidents are the leading cause of death for children between the ages of 4 and 14 in the U.S.
• Car seats have provided a 17% decline in the number of child injuries per crash in car accidents.
While we certainly don't like thinking about some of these grim numbers, it is important to recognize that car seats save lives—and that's why we're giving away a car seat with a random drawing on September 26th at 12PM. If you don't need a car seat, consider entering anyway and gifting it to someone who does.
