Exciting information regarding our updated Covid-19 protocol! Please read carefully as there are several changes.
- Beginning July 6, we are allowing clients in the building for doctor-visit appointments.
- Please park in the parking lot in a space marked by an orange cone.
- You must call from the parking lot and a team member will escort you into the building.
- One client is allowed in the building per visit. No children are allowed in the building.
- Clients are required to wear a mask or face covering. Our doctors and team members in the exam room will be wearing masks as well.
- At the conclusion of your appointment, please return to your car and we will bring any food or medications needed to you.
- We will take care of payment by phone while you wait in your car.
- Appointments that are not scheduled with a doctor (ie. tech appointments) will remain curbside only.
- ALL pick-ups of medication, food, and pets is CURBSIDE ONLY.
- Curbside appointments are still available for those who prefer them. Just let the CSR know when you call upon arrival that you prefer to remain curbside.
- Behavior consults will continue as telemedicine appointments until further notice.
- Beginning July 11th, Mariposa will be open every other Saturday from 8am - 12pm.
As always, thank you for your patience and understanding. Please call with any questions.
In the interest of providing excellent care, we are asking all clients who make appointments for doctor’s visits to fill out the Pre-Visit Questionnaire on our website prior to your visit.
The Pre-Visit Questionnaire can be found at www.mariposavet.com under Forms. It is a short form that can be filled out entirely online from the comfort of your home. It will ask questions regarding your pet’s diet and existing medication, so we do encourage you to fill it out while you have that information handy.
Receiving the answers to these questions prior to your visit assists our veterinarians to formulate treatment plans, along with the information they receive from the exam and diagnostics, so your cooperation on completing these forms in a timely manner helps us provide superior care.
