Mark E. Emmons, M.Ed. is an Educational Consultant serving in a broad range of schools around the country helping Pre-K to grade 12 educators learn about providing their students with a safe learning environment, the feeling of community within classrooms and schools, and challenging curricula. He is a passionate and engaging consultant, knowledgeable and well versed in current best practices of educating children.
Mark holds a Master’s of Education Degree in Curriculum and Instruction with the specialization of Creative Arts and Learning from Lesley College. He has taught all the elementary grades from Kindergarten through fifth grade and taught Art to first through seventh grades. During the last nine years he was in the classroom, Mark had been a Responsive Classroom® per diem Certified Trainer, and prior to beginning his company he was a full-time Responsive Classroom® Consultant, working for the Northeast Foundation for Children teaching educators about and how to implement the Responsive Classroom® approach.
Currently, Mark is the owner of Mark E. Emmons, M.Ed., Educational Consultant LLC in northern Vermont where he makes his home among the many deer feasting year round in the vegetable, berry, and perennial gardens on his property.

Problem Solving – supporting educators dealing with struggling children, both socially and academically
Educational Institution Planning – through a process of data collecting and analyzing, setting goals, and planning projects, helping plan projects/initiatives reflective of the school’s needs
