Cucumber Sandwiches:
3-4 cucumbers
4 oz cream cheese
Small can of black olives
1/4 cup cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp paprika
Meat of choice- ham, turkey, pepperoni, salami
Mix cream cheese, black olives, paprika and chedder in medium bowl.
Slice cucumbers into thick slices.
Smear a layer of cream cheese blend on cucumbers.
Sandwich meat of choice in-between cucumbers.
