Try a Tropical Immune Smoothie!
1 cup water
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup coconut water w/ pineapple
1/2 cup mango
1 banana
1 - 2 oranges or tangerines
3 sliced carrots
2-3 scoops SP Complete Vanilla protein powder
Blend on high for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Add more water if necessary for desired consistency.
Pour in a pretty glass and enjoy!
