The COVID-19 pandemic, has greatly impacted our lives. Fear, anger, frustration, sadness and exhaustion are among some of the emotions expressed by frontline workers and helping professionals. BUT, you are not alone!
Our virtual support group aims to provides a safe space for Asian American helping professionals to come together to support each other during the pandemic, as well as the current anti-Asian climate. We hope that the group will serve a place for helping professionals to speak up, de-stress, support each other so that they can continue to care, save lives and make a difference!
